It helps to include:

• your iPhone model and iOS version,
• the book, and where its ebook and audiobook came from,
• what you expected and what happened instead.

Common fixes

The voice and the text don't match. Open the book's Settings and choose to line it up again. Your files, highlights and place are kept.

A file won't open. Unison Reader can't open books locked with DRM. It will say so when a file is protected.

The first audiobook is slow to start. The first time, iPhone downloads Apple's speech model. After that it isn't needed again.

Restoring the Listening unlock. It belongs to your Apple Account. Restore it from the app on any of your devices, or through Family Sharing.
